- Guest Service:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all guest requests are met.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Answer guest questions regarding the menu and make recommendations.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guests have a positive and enjoyable dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Assist with table setting and resetting.
- Follow all restaurant policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and kitchen staff.
- Provide accurate and timely information to the kitchen regarding orders.
