R&D Engineer

Mô tả công việc

- Conduct product development and engineering work for Asian and global markets  through a Stage Gate process. Finalize product concepts, prepare technical specification sheets, product test plans, cost analysis, conduct product-tests, lead their certification processes and update internal test standards.
- Prepare drawings of 2D, 3D drawings.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare documents, plan engineering related tasks
- Test our new products and competitor products to report competitive analysis. Conduct cost benchmarking studies to reduce our product cost
- Provide timely support to the commercial team about product information inquiries and quality complaints

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical and mechatronics
- Minimum three years’ experience of product development.
- Fluent in English
- Understanding of the Stage Gate process
- 2D, 3D drawings capabilities, FMEA, root cause analysis
- Positive mindsets to seek change and embrace the challenges without fear of failure even in the ambiguous situation
- Ability to work globally Preferred
- Preferred
- Professional experience in the fittings space or similar industries will be greatly preferred.
- Chinese communication skills
- Passion to work with people from different backgrounds and to support the team with the ownership mindset to solve problems by herself/himself
- Willingness to use new digital tools as well as strong skills of traditional tools such as Excel and Powerpoint
