WE'RE HIRING: OPERATIONS MANAGER - HOI AN 
Vespa Adventures is looking for an Operations Manager to lead our operations team in Hội An and ensure every guest experiences the magic of Central Vietnam on two wheels.
Location: Hoi An, Vietnam
The Role:
You'll be the operational backbone of our Hoi An tours, overseeing fleet maintenance, coordinating guides and drivers, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring every tour delivers our signature blend of safety, storytelling, and unforgettable adventure.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Hoi An or Da Nang local with deep hospitality passion
• "Fixer" mentality, you love solving problems on the fly
• Balance people leadership with sharp financial & logistical thinking
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English

• Lead daily tour operations and team coordination
• Manage fleet maintenance and quality control
• Build partnerships with local hotels, restaurants, and cultural stops
• Recruit, train, and mentor guides and drivers
• Monitor costs and drive operational efficiency
• Develop new routes and refine itineraries in Central Vietnam
