Executive - Sales Support (Air & Ocean Freight)

• Assist in conducting market research and segmentation to identify new prospects/ markets/ sectors for business development.
• Set up prospective customers and gather intelligence on relevant information.
• Discuss rates/ pricing quotes with customers while emphasizing EFL’s customer service levels and operational capabilities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with existing customers.
• Review, monitor and ensure consistent business volumes from key accounts/ customers at the branch.
• Assist in exploring opportunities to service new trade lanes and cross sell appropriate EFL products/ services (e.g., Customs Brokerage, Air/ Sea Exports).
• Assist in resolving all customer complaints and operational issues; Escalate issues with concerned Product teams as required.
• And other tasks from the board of management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in freight forwarding (air and ocean freight, INCOTERMS).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills/ troubleshooting skills: able to respond to delays, customs issues, damage, or unexpected problems.
• Proficiency in English and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines/ pressure.
• Team player, flexible, hands-on with interpersonal skills and time management.
• High achiever, self-driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English and Vietnamese).
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Possess ability to build relationships with both internal and external teams.
• University graduated.
• Experience in CargoWise ERP system would be an added advantage.
